Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing. Proven experience scaling social media teams within high-growth eCommerce or DTC environments. Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Snap, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Ability to derive insights from analytics and translate them into actionable strategies. Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth through organic social initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Nice-to-Have). Experience managing multi-million–dollar social media budgets (Nice-to-Have). Experience with Shopify, Sprout Social, and Gorgias (Nice-to-Have). Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with PR, creative, retention, and acquisition teams (Nice-to-Have).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals. Establish KPIs to measure performance across engagement, reach, traffic, and revenue influence. Identify opportunities to expand presence on emerging platforms. Foster an innovative, test-driven culture. Build, lead, and mentor a social media and content team. Oversee workflow planning and team priorities. Collaborate with creative leadership to ensure social strategy aligns with content direction. Drive excellence across TikTok, Meta, Snap, Pinterest, and additional platforms. Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates. Conduct competitor analysis. Integrate platforms like Sprout Social and Gorgias. Oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of cross-platform organic campaigns. Align social efforts with performance marketing and eCommerce initiatives. Lead influencer and creator partnerships. Lead review generation strategies. Streamline social media monitoring with internal processes. Ensure seamless integration between Sprout Social and Gorgias. Measure performance against KPIs. Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting insights and recommendations. Act as the main liaison between the social media team and customer experience teams. Partner with PR, product, acquisition, retention, and creative teams.
