5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, staffing operations, or talent acquisition leadership. Prior experience in a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or high-volume recruiting environment (strongly preferred). Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting processes. Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and managing recruiting metrics. Hands-on experience with ATS/CRMs and recruiting automation tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
