6+ years of progressive accounting experience Big 4 background strongly preferred Proven track record owning a close process end-to-end Hands-on operator mentality Strong accounting judgment Experience partnering cross-functionally Comfort operating in a “blank page” environment CPA Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment ERP implementation or migration experience (NetSuite preferred) Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) Experience with multi-entity structures Exposure to SOC readiness / controls design

Own the Close + Financial Reporting Design and run the monthly close Establish accounting policies Build the Accounting Function Define the chart of accounts Implement best-practice processes for account reconciliations and journal entry controls Create internal controls Lead Audit/Tax Readiness Manage external partners Systems + Cross-Functional Partnership Evaluate and recommend tooling Partner with FP&A, Ops, Sales, and People Build scalable processes for spend management People + Hiring Hire and develop the first accounting team
