Head of Finance Operations (FP&A & Accounting)

6-10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting Big Four accounting and startup finance experience Solid foundation in accounting (GAAP, close & reporting) Solid foundation in FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, modeling & analysis) Hands-on experience is most important Fluency in the modern finance stack (QBO, Bill, Brex, Carta, Rippling, etc.) Strong analytical chops and comfort building & maintaining financial models Elite-level attention to detail Experience managing junior team members

Support onboarding of new clients Lead planning & budgeting cycles Define and maintain standards for FP&A & Accounting delivery Manage and mentor finance team members Oversee bookkeeping, AP, AR and payroll processes Review financial models, reports, and accounting work Improve workflows, templates, and tooling Document and share finance best practices Recruit and onboard new hires Take direct ownership of key deliverables
