Manager, Strategic Finance (FP&A)

5 to 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or health tech FP&A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus) Deep financial modeling expertise Advanced Excel and presentation building skills Prior experience working in tech-enabled healthcare services or value-based healthcare preferred Highly analytical and data-driven Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment Track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity Act as a champion for the use of AI, automation, and data visualization tools

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting Drive the annual budgeting process and refine long-term operating models Partner with Data, Tech, and Operations teams to model and measure ROI of strategic initiatives Build board and investor-ready materials Evaluate and implement tools and processes to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and forecasting Analyze potential business adjacencies, partnerships, and new market entries
