Corporate Controller, Finance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience At least 2–3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Familiarity with cash flow management and capital planning (preferred) Exposure to tax planning or coordination with tax advisors (preferred)

Oversee preparation of financial statements Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and tax filings Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Coordinate with external auditors Lead and manage all aspects of accounting operations Maintain robust internal controls Supervise cash management and banking activities Manage and mentor accounting team Develop and implement process improvements Maintain and improve accounting systems
