Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience At least 2–3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Familiarity with cash flow management and capital planning (preferred) Exposure to tax planning or coordination with tax advisors (preferred)
