- Lead client engagements across a portfolio of 3-4 climate tech companies
- Deeply understand each founder’s business and identify success drivers
- Build financial models that drive key decisions, inform board meetings, and fundraising conversations
- Establish weekly and monthly rhythms for financial visibility and outlook
- Build and own the financial architecture for each client engagement, including three-statement projection models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards
- Lead fundraising preparation and capital strategy, including preparing materials and sourcing alternatives like venture debt and equipment leasing
- Build the cadence for financial clarity, including weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and proactive analysis
- Oversee the finance function across your client portfolio, coordinating PSA associates, client staff, and third-party bookkeepers
- Advise founders on strategic questions behind the numbers, such as resource allocation, commercialization pathways, and revenue models
