- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, etc.)
- Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes
- Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close
