Recruiting Associate-(Recruiting & Outreach)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, HR, or sales/customer-facing roles. Strong relationship-building and influence skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms and proactive sourcing/outreach tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels. Conduct outbound candidate outreach using personalized messaging. Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls. Build, manage, and maintain candidate pipelines. Partner with recruiters, customers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. Communicate professionally and confidently with candidates and customers. Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS. Coordinate candidate interviews and support onboarding activities. Improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and recruiting processes.
