Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment required. Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders. Update, review, and utilize a candidate skills matrix. Perform weekly interviews. Generate leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions. Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and information. Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions.
