Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Accounts teams. Resolve high-level issues for systems, patients, and vendors. Identify and continuously improve patient account processes. Provide for selection, training, and supervision of personnel. Maintain knowledge of contracts and ensure compliance. Write, implement, and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. Act as Super User for patient accounting specific programs. Build and maintain electronic and/or paper training library. Develop, implement, and maintain training programs.
