Global Payments Specialist

2-4 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong understanding of international banking systems. Strong understanding of multi-currency payment processing. Strong understanding of financial reconciliation software. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English. Arabic proficiency is beneficial.

Oversee end-to-end processing of cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers. Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations. Reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports. Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Work with internal stakeholders to support financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes. Support month-end & annual accounting close.
