Payments & Treasury Specialist - Finance

2-4 years of experience in payments operations, finance operations, treasury, or fintech roles. Hands-on experience processing high-volume transactions (incoming funds and mass payouts). Experience with bank transfers, payment platforms, and multi-currency flows. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and reconciliations. Comfortable working with bank portals, payment systems, and Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Solid problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken).

Manage end-to-end cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers. Ensure precise recording and reconciliation of customer incoming funds. Oversee accurate and prompt execution of high-volume payout transactions. Develop and maintain relationships with international banks and payment service providers. Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations. Reconcile accounts, monitor discrepancies, and generate payment activity reports. Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows and optimize transaction costs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial planning and budgeting. Support month-end & annual accounting close.
