Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns. Strong prospect research and list-building skills. Responsibilities:
Identify target accounts and decision-makers. Build and maintain prospect databases. Research companies, industries, and personas. Validate and enrich contact data. Segment prospects. Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email. Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages. Run cold email campaigns. Customize messaging. Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups. Respond to inbound replies. Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness. Conduct initial discovery conversations or written qualification. Differentiate and tag leads. Maintain lead stages and handoff notes. Re-engage stalled or cold prospects. Log all outreach activity and outcomes in CRM systems. Maintain up-to-date lead statuses and next steps. Ensure clean, deduplicated, and well-documented records. Track engagement history and qualification context. Support reporting on pipeline contribution and lead quality. Track outreach activity and conversion metrics. Identify best performing messages, sequences, and channels. Test and refine subject lines, CTAs, and personalization. Share insights and recommendations.
