Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 12 - 15 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10 - 13 years of experience. At least 4 years in a management capacity. Extensive experience managing large-scale technical programs, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring contract compliance. Demonstrated experience leading systems engineering and/or digital engineering efforts on complex programs. Strong ability to lead and supervise experienced professionals and subordinate management teams. Proven expertise in technical project management, risk assessment, and process improvement strategies. Demonstrated success in acquiring follow-on business, leading major proposals, and driving business growth. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with DoD customers, contractors, and acquisition organizations. Active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee technical, schedule, and cost performance of major programs or multiple complex projects. Lead the architecture, design, and prototype of an Integrated Digital Engineering Environment (IDE). Integrate systems engineering, mechanical engineering, and digital engineering workflows. Serve as the primary technical authority bridging traditional and digital engineering. Acquire follow-on business and support new business development. Manage multiple departments and ensure coordination of program objectives. Evaluate and determine changes in technical methods or procedures. Assign staff and provide technical direction. Oversee financial planning, including program budgeting and cost forecasting. Develop and implement quality assurance programs. Prepare staffing plans. Direct recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and workforce development. Act as a technical liaison with vendors. Perform contract and financial analysis using management software. Develop and deliver contract, departmental, project, and financial reports. Provide technical support to operational strategies. Ensure all planned hours are worked and recorded. Identify and forward growth opportunities to leadership. Participate in growth efforts. Ensure all contractual deliverables are met. Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime. Execute all contract requirements as assigned.
