Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or similar function. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Excellent project management, training, and communication skills. Experience supporting quote-to-cash or contracting systems. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, and contract-related workflows. Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset. Experience leading tool rollouts or change management initiatives (preferred). Understanding of SaaS or subscription-based contracting and renewal cycles (preferred).
