Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered. 2–3 years of proven experience as an Offboarding Specialist, HR Specialist, or related role, preferably within an EOR or HR outsourcing environment. Demonstrated hands-on experience managing end-to-end offboarding processes. Solid understanding of offboarding processes, employment law requirements, and compliance considerations. Proficiency in HR software, CRM systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., Freshdesk, HubSpot, Confluence).
