In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing US leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, state-specific). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced filtering, data parsing). Strong understanding of US payroll processing fundamentals and compliance requirements. Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Relevant professional certification (FPC, CPP, SHRM-CP, or PHR), Bachelors degree, or relevant additional experience. Direct experience with full-cycle, multi-state US payroll & leave processing. Experience coordinating international payroll processing. Experience with UKGPro, UKGPro WFM, and/or ChartHop preferred.
