- Build, QA, and launch creator and brand campaigns across Braze and HubSpot, including emails, pushes, and in-app/notification center messages.
- Support list building, segmentation, and audience management for targeted campaigns.
- Own campaign set-up tasks such as tagging, scheduling, naming conventions, and asset linking.
- Partner with CRM Managers and Channel Operations to troubleshoot list discrepancies, QA fixes, and link/copy changes.
- QA campaigns for spelling/grammar, links, personalization fields, and formatting across devices.
- Maintain and improve marketing automation and CRM integrations.
- Pull and compile performance data from CRM and analytics tools like Braze, HubSpot, and Looker to track metrics.
- Maintain recurring campaign and channel reports for stakeholders.
- Partner with Data to maintain HubSpot contact data hygiene, including imports, exports, and deduplication.
- Document processes and campaign setups to support scaling.
