- Lead and develop a team of product designers across Consumer and Creator experiences, setting clear expectations and providing thoughtful, actionable feedback.
- Translate company and product strategy into focused priorities, measurable outcomes, and aligned execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to define problems, establish success metrics, and make principled tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and business impact.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, GMV, and creator growth.
- Raise the craft bar across interaction, visual, and content quality in our native apps, championing accessibility and mobile-first best practices.
- Strengthen and evolve our design system to support cohesive, system-first experiences as we scale.
- Build clear team operations—capacity planning, prioritization, and decision clarity—so designers can focus on high-impact work.
- Identify opportunities to improve how design collaborates and operates as the organization grows.
- Leverage AI-enabled workflows to increase speed and clarity while maintaining strong judgment.
