Billing Coordinator

Strong understanding of GAAP. 3 years experience in Order Entry and Billing. NetSuite experience preferred. Salesforce experience preferred. High growth Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferred. Manufacturing/Inventory experience preferred. Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and stay on task. Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Support the overall FlashParking revenue process for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Assist in processing sales orders in NetSuite: generate, review, and approve. Send customer deposit invoices prior to hardware shipment. Process daily, weekly, and monthly customer billings for travel and service calls. Process daily, weekly, and monthly customer billings for complex invoices. Create new customers in the internal Billing System and NetSuite. Ensure accuracy of SaaS set-up in the Billing System and NetSuite. Translate data from Closed Won opportunities in Salesforce into NetSuite Sales Orders, Revenue Arrangements, and Invoices. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Sales Order creation. Collaborate with project managers/implementation teams to update billing and revenue recognition. Work in customer portals (Textura, GCPay, Coupa) to upload invoices and manage relationships. Generate AIA and Schedule of Values forms for customers. Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in NetSuite, documents, and reports. Assist in providing information for tax preparers and state agencies. Assist in supporting the annual financial audit. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
