Requirements:

15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance. Prior experience in fintech, financial services, capital markets infrastructure, or digital assets. Proven track record engaging with institutional investors and boards. Strong financial literacy. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Securitize’s global investor relations strategy. Own preparation and delivery of investor updates and presentations. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors. Partner with CFO and CEO on capital markets positioning and raises. Support diligence processes for financings and strategic transactions. Develop and refine KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure investor communications are accurate, compliant, and controlled.
