8+ years of experience in product management. 3+ years managing and developing a team of Product Managers. Proven track record of creating products that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent customer discovery skills and ability to identify true customer needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understanding of financial markets and institutional buy-side participant workflows. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment. AI tools usage (Nice to have).

Develop a vision for our application by obsessing over customers and competitive differentiation. Communicate an exciting roadmap to customers and create OKRs for the team. Lead and develop a team of PMs and Designers, and partner with Engineering. Collaborate with Data and Research teams, and be a strategic partner to Revenue.
