Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working in channel management, sales, or business development for a software technology company. Proven track record of managing TSD or similar channel partnerships. Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and technology distribution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. High proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work as part of a widely distributed global remote team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement channel strategy to achieve sales targets. Identify and recruit new TSD subagent partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with TSD subagent partners. Drive sales through TSD subagent partners by developing joint business plans. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Develop channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns. Provide training and resources to TSD subagent partners. Prepare regular reports on channel performance. Conduct market analysis. Ensure all channel activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
