Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5 Years of experience in managing reseller partners in Americas. Public Sector Experience (a plus). English language proficiency. Ability to travel approximately 50%.
Responsibilities:
Implement Americas channel strategy aligned with growth objectives. Develop and lead strategic sales plans with Focus Growth Partners. Manage pipeline and deal flow between partners and Precisely sales. Work with partners on forecasts and monitor performance. Recruit high-potential channel partners. Execute scale growth and recruit plans with Distribution partners. Drive account-based marketing plans with the marketing team. Develop channel resellers' product and solution knowledge through training and enablement. Gather market intelligence on competitors. Collaborate with internal Precisely teams to address partner needs.
