  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BSE (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or related degrees or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, specifically in Sales, Support, Services, or Architecture, with at least 2-3 years in enterprise account management and 1+ year in technical account management.

  • Manage enterprise accounts consisting of Fortune 10 and Fortune 50 companies with significant Annual Recurring Revenue.

  • Manage updates in customer relationship management tools and provide support guidance.
  • Identify growth areas within existing customer base and help build expansion opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to support customer meetings and trainings (typically less than 20%).
