Requirements:

A strong academic record and anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
Interest in technology distribution, partner management, or customer success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with technology platforms and tools (experience with SaaS solutions is a plus).
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing relationships with technology partners and distributors.
Support the onboarding process for new partners.
Help develop and deliver training materials to educate partners on SuccessKPI’s platform and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with partner and customer needs.
Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform TSD strategies.
Identify potential distribution channels and opportunities for growth.
Work with the TSD team to streamline processes, improve partner experience, and optimize solution delivery.
Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing reports to measure success.
Track all TSD channel events
Work with the TSD team to schedule and support partner events
Track all approvals/denials of TSD marketing funds
Create TSD partner co-branded campaign materials
