Responsibilities:

• Leveraging analytics tools to derive business insights.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze, design, and deliver innovative call center analytics solutions.
• Aligning business needs with technical capabilities by working closely with IT and business clients.
• Designing and building systems using AI/Machine Learning technology.
• Conducting client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings.
• Collaborating with a team of business analytics experts.
