Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand clients’ goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions Monitor customer usage and engagement data Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues Advocate for clients internally Track key performance indicators (renewal rates, satisfaction, NPS) Support the development of success plans and training resources
