Responsibilities:
Partner with upmarket customers to drive product adoption and retention. Manage a strategic portfolio of approximately 20 enterprise customers with significant ARR. Foster multi-threaded relationships and proactively monitor customer health. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations teams. Tailor configurations and create training to meet specific customer needs. Anticipate risks and support customers through evolving workflows.
