Senior Data Scientist (Remote from Philippines)

Fluency in English with strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience or Master's degree with at least three years of experience. Strong programming experience with SQL and Python, including API integrations and JSON handling. Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Spark). Proven experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Apache Superset, Looker Studio). Solid working knowledge of collaborative tools (Google Workspace, advanced spreadsheets). Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset. Familiarity with ethical data practices and privacy considerations.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models for program outcomes and impact measurement. Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports for informed decision-making. Analyze trends and patterns across datasets to surface actionable insights. Define and improve data processes (ETL, aggregation, storage) for efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with data and technology teams to align metrics and standards. Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen the data ecosystem.
