Explore new methods of sourcing and connecting with a diverse pool of candidates. Collect, organize, and update candidate information. Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Conduct candidate phone interviews to evaluate suitability. Create, edit, and post job descriptions tailored to US market requirements. Perform administrative support as needed.
