Call Center Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOME IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER SETTING TO BE CONSIDERED 1+ year of call center experience required High School diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and phone skills Be energetic and have a positive attitude Must be task oriented and driven to meet and exceed goals Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours Flexible scheduling with weekend availability required

Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team Communicate the value of company products and services Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls Meet performance goals for converting calls to appointments Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting Accurately log all activity and information in CRM Provide a high level of customer service
