BA/BS degree preferred (technical fields, engineering, business, or analytics a plus) 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation Experience selling into industrial, energy, process manufacturing, or technical B2B environments preferred Strong research capability and ability to craft tailored outbound messaging Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and pipeline reporting Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, BANT) Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts at a high level Exposure to energy, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, AI, or SaaS solutions is a plus Ability to travel 10-20%
