Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading high performing new business sales teams. Demonstrated ability in sales leadership and successful track record on new logo acquisition. Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with successful revenue attainment. Proven ability and experience with conducting demonstrations of SaaS products or Systems. Experience and expertise in communicating with senior leadership of government and private organizations. Excellent use of discovery techniques and consultative-sales, insight-selling & solution-based selling methodologies. Ability to multitask and scale a team. Provide presentations as well as written and oral communications. Proven ability to meticulously manage time and work without extensive oversight. Proficiency with operational technologies such as Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Office Suite, etc. Background in public safety, government technology, or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own all stages of the customer acquisition lifecycle: generate leads, manage sales opportunities, perform demos, and drive revenue. Manage sales opportunities from routine SaaS projects to complex enterprise deployments. Manage production and delivery of sales products like demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. Negotiate various agreements including Master Service Agreements and Terms & Conditions. Conduct discovery, consultative sales, provide product presentations, and perform software demonstrations. Capture and maintain meticulous details in the company’s CRM and contracting documentation. Build a sub-regional team over the next 1-3 years.
