Own all stages of the customer acquisition lifecycle: generate leads, manage sales opportunities, perform demos, and drive revenue. Manage sales opportunities from routine SaaS projects to complex enterprise deployments. Manage production and delivery of sales products like demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. Negotiate various agreements including Master Service Agreements and Terms & Conditions. Conduct discovery, consultative sales, provide product presentations, and perform software demonstrations. Capture and maintain meticulous details in the company’s CRM and contracting documentation. Build a sub-regional team over the next 1-3 years.
