Oversee pre-sales activities and coordinate cross-functional teams. Support planning and execution of customer implementations, overseeing Program Managers and solution architects. Act as a hands-on contributor for high-impact pre-sales and implementation activities. Implement reworked pre-sales and post-sales workflows and assets. Onboard, diagnose gaps, and identify areas for improvement in pre-sales and implementation workflows. Meet with team members and customers to understand company direction and identify process gaps. Identify and propose improvements for pre-sales and post-sales workflows, resources, and interlocks. Prepare and share analysis and execution plans for pre-sales and implementation groups. Hire and onboard additional solutions architect and implementation program manager. Optimize pre-sales solutions engineering and post-sales implementation. Assess need for additional talent and recruit if necessary.
