- Making tradeoffs considering user experience, business priorities, and engineering effort
- Working cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, Marketing, Sales, and Climate and Supply teams
- Using various tools like wireframing, prototyping, and user research to solve design challenges
- Sharing work early and presenting regularly to the company
