Director, Business Development & Partnerships

~10+ years of experience developing and executing partnerships Experience working in a business development team at a fast-moving company Ability to communicate and coordinate with the executive team of a public company Proven ability to deliver with limited oversight Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment Proficiency with financials and financial modeling Experience in consumer and/or healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical field is a plus

Run relationships with potential partners Manage and negotiate commercial and economic agreements Ensure fast and efficient delivery of contracted goods and services Run cross-functional processes involving product, engineering, legal, operations, and medical teams Work directly with the Executive Team in a fast-paced environment Potentially make venture/minority investments Contribute to M&A priorities
