Manage and optimize all Email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns and flows Build and launch tests across subject lines, copy, CTAs, timing, segmentation, and channel mix Write and schedule campaigns aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal priorities Develop and maintain automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, churn prevention) Create and refine customer segments Partner with creative and brand teams on messaging, visuals, and offers Monitor performance metrics (repeat purchase rate, open rate, CTR, conversion rate, LTV) Collaborate with the retention team to improve churn reduction and subscriber experience Stay current on deliverability, compliance, and Email/SMS best practices Report results and insights to the growth team
