Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above 2-5 years of work experience as an Account Executive (preferably SaaS, customer experience or e-commerce) Evidence of exceeding quota and generating pipeline Proven track record in balancing self-prospecting with closing Highly organised throughout prospecting, customer communications and CRM management Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills High emotional intelligence and expert communication abilities Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with a can-do attitude Ability to follow and contribute to the Sales Playbook Familiar with or willingness to learn core technology tools Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience Passion for tech sales
Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers Educate prospects on how DG can enable their business to operate more efficiently and grow revenue Prepare, organise, and structure deals following sales processes, from value creation to negotiation and closing using MEDDPICC Run compelling discoveries and demos of the DigitalGenius platform with Sales Engineers Work with the SDR team to qualify new inbound and outbound opportunities and generate own opportunities Manage a territory of top e-commerce brands Proactively establish new relationships within the e-commerce industry through networking and events Use experience and knowledge to help the sales team thrive and develop Ensure the CRM is up to date and report on pipeline, performance, and forecast
