Engineering at DigitalGenius

You will tackle complex challenges in AI-powered customer service automation. Solutions Engineers turn messy real-world e-commerce problems into reliable AI-powered automations. They design flows, wire up integrations, write Python for custom solutions, and continuously enhance AI agent resolution capabilities. The team works with advanced LLM tooling, including LangChain and OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs. You will solve integration challenges across diverse systems like OMS, carriers, and Helpdesks, ensuring scalability and security.
