Requirements:
Must be able to travel 75% of the time and up to three consecutive months in market. High empathy, excellent communication skills. Superior time management and organization. Tenacity and adaptability to navigate the evolving demands of working at a high-growth startup. High EQ, low ego, and a willingness to do everything, including manual labor. Delegation and project follow-up. Meticulous and detail-oriented. 2+ years of experience within a warehouse or logistics setting. 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 30+ employees. Adaptability and flexibility. Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM). Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist. Clean driving record and ability to drive rental vehicles and larger vehicles a plus. Experience in the Cannabis industry preferred. Supply chain / data analysis training or the equivalent work experience. Project management and quantitative analysis expertise.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end operational launch of new Nabis warehouse markets. Develop, document, and continuously improve the standardized Expansion Playbook. Build warehouse operations from the ground up. Recruit, onboard, train, and manage warehouse leadership and associates. Own daily warehouse operations during expansion phases. Track, manage, and report on market-level OKRs and KPIs. Monitor and manage daily volume, labor planning, and staffing forecasts. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and all state and federal cannabis distribution regulations. Partner cross-functionally with Central Operations, Engineering, Finance, People, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendors, carriers, and external supply chain partners. Deploy to existing warehouses to lead strategic operational initiatives, pilot new processes or technology, and provide interim site leadership coverage. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally.
