Enjoy getting your hands dirty, finding practical solutions, and making things work better, faster, smarter. Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building things from scratch. Can take full ownership of projects from A to Z with minimal guidance. Explain ideas in a simple, structured, and convincing way, both in writing and out loud.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and execution of our global expansion roadmap. Focus on scaling presence in the United States. Prepare and launch additional countries. Ensure playbooks scale across geos. Run deep market assessments. Build the strategic roadmap for new market launches. Monitor local competitors. Own the user experience for international users. Partner with the Product team to understand local needs. Work with Product and Tech teams to adapt product features locally. Partner with local commercial teams to secure partners. Ensure Joko has strong visibility in local affiliate ecosystems. Analyze partner performance and negotiate rates. Work with Growth teams to shape local acquisition strategies. Adapt messaging, funnel steps, and incentives. Contribute to building a repeatable playbook. Design scalable processes for multi-country operations. Work with Finance, Legal, Data, and Ops for country launches. Track performance of each geography and surface insights.
