Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field. 1+ year of experience working with Workday or other major HRIS platforms. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). Experience supporting Workday operations or configuration. Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee transactions, compliance). Experience in a fast-paced, scaling, or fintech environment.
