Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field. 1+ year of experience working with Workday or other major HRIS platforms. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). Experience supporting Workday operations or configuration. Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee transactions, compliance). Experience in a fast-paced, scaling, or fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day Workday operations including onboarding and offboarding. Ensure accurate and consistent people data across systems. Collaborate with legal team on system process compliance. Support compliance and audit efforts. Partner with teams to automate or simplify manual processes. Contribute to continuous improvement projects for self-service. Document workflows and system changes. Act as a resource for Workday employee questions. Support creation of learning resources for Workday users.
