Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design, implement, and monitor integrations Advocate for the end-user experience within integrations Work with the GTM team to evaluate partner technical requirements, develop proof-of-concepts, and provide demos Ensure smooth partner onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, and monitor performance metrics Develop technical guides, API documentation, and sample integrations Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmap Track partner and user success metrics, identify friction points, and implement solutions
