Requirements:
10+ years of experience in partnerships, account executive, or revenue-focused roles within employee benefits broker or carrier organizations Proven success negotiating complex contracts and driving incremental revenue from enterprise accounts Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience managing to revenue plans Deep understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem, particularly carrier operations Comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite preferred
Responsibilities:
Own executive-level relationships with assigned carrier partners Drive net-positive revenue growth through contract negotiation, pricing strategy, product, and broker expansion Develop and manage account growth plans Lead commercial negotiations for agreement renewal and amendments Identify and pursue integration opportunities Align internal stakeholders to deliver on partner commitments Forecast, track, and report on revenue performance and pipeline Represent ThreeFlow at executive forums and industry engagements
