Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with potential sellers of veterinary hospitals. Understand seller decision criteria and communicate partnership advantages. Conduct market research to identify and prioritize leads. Address seller questions and concerns about selling their practice. Leverage CRM tools to track discussions and follow-ups. Conduct outbound sales calls to veterinary practices. Build rapport and foster trust with decision-makers. Partner with Business Development Directors for smooth transitions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies. Maintain detailed CRM records. Achieve call volume, lead generation, and pipeline performance targets.
