5+ years of experience in program management, platform adoption, or network building Based in or familiar with LA County context Fluency in English and Spanish 2+ years of experience in projects requiring detailed documentation Deep commitment to living infrastructure principles Experience in driving participation and adoption of platforms, tools, or programs Experience in cultivating communities of practice or building and nurturing practitioner networks Storytelling and communications experience with power to inspire action Self-directed with strong capacity for navigating complexity and ambiguity Experience with community building, participatory design, co-creation, or community-based research methodologies (preferred) Experience organizing conferences, summits, or practitioner gatherings (preferred) Existing relationships within climate resilience, environmental justice, or regenerative development communities (preferred)

Tend the Field Kit ecosystem as an evolving network Design and facilitate spaces for peer learning and knowledge sharing Cultivate relationships with organizations and individuals Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations Create or support events that bring communities together Create pathways for participants to become platform stewards Help diverse communities discover their entry point into the platform Serve as an ongoing resource for users Design participation strategies honoring different ways of knowing Facilitate onboarding experiences for varied audiences Support participants in developing capacity across multiple platform modes Co-create resources, case studies, and exemplars Foster collaboration between Spherical's creative studio and platform development Create consensus across internal teams and external partners Translate research and platform analytics into actionable strategies Build, track, and nurture a CRM with a pipeline of prospective users Analyze participation metrics to understand adoption patterns Track the platform’s ecosystem through quantitative and relational indicators
