Responsibilities:
Own revenue performance across commercial business (SMB, mid-market, enterprise-leaning accounts) Lead and develop high-performing direct sales teams Establish forward-looking pipeline rigor Build and enforce KPIs for predictable growth Lead VAR and VAD channel strategy, focusing on security partners Build executive-level relationships with key partners Lead and scale Channel Account Manager team Design and execute co-selling, enablement, and pipeline acceleration strategies Operate as a data-driven leader with deep fluency in sales metrics and forecasting Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align go-to-market strategy Ensure Salesforce is used as a true system of record
