Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. 15+ years of commercial experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotech; specialty diagnostics experience required. 10+ years in sales leadership with direct responsibility for building and leading high-performance sales organizations. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets. Passion for hands-on leadership. Experience in cancer or preventative screening, primary care, oncology, and/or consumer sectors. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem. Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-caliber sales talent. Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to craft and clearly convey the company’s story compellingly.
Responsibilities:
Direct overall sales efforts to achieve orders, revenue, expense, and market share goals. Be accountable for the execution of sales strategy and overall sales team's performance. Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven sales strategies. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage sales forecasts and budgets. Build a team of high-performance sales representatives. Coach and develop the sales team. Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Operations. Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
