Requirements:
10+ years of B2B sales experience. 3-5 years in sales leadership within high-growth B2B SaaS. Managed a team of at least 15 including managers and ICs. Accountable for a team quota of at least €5m ARR per year. Deep knowledge of the German / DACH market. Proven track record of delivering consistent ARR growth. Highly data-driven with expertise in pipeline metrics and forecasting. Ability to embed AI-driven tools and automation into sales processes. Ability to lead and inspire distributed teams. Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating cross-functionally. University degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own full sales performance cycle and ARR targets. Drive operational excellence and improve forecast accuracy. Oversee pipeline generation and align with Marketing. Champion AI tools for productivity and automation. Refine sales tools, reporting, and analytics. Strengthen sales acumen and upskill talent. Design compensation structures. Align go-to-market motions with Product, Marketing, and CS. Inspire a diverse, multinational sales team.
